Yeti.com accepts several payment methods for all goods. These include credit or debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition to these, Yeti.com has partnered with Klarna, an alternate payment method that allows customers to split their purchase into 4 interest-free payments. To use Klarna, it must be chosen at the checkout. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card bi-weekly afterwards.

For the Shipping Policy, Yeti offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders $40.00 and up shipped in the contiguous United States only. They do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States. All customized products will require additional processing time. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that they are not currently offering expedited shipping on any of their customized products, and customized products are not currently eligible to be shipped via SurePost to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

For the Return Policy, Yeti offers free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria. If you are not completely satisfied with any product within 30 days of the date of purchase, you must return it. The item needs to be brand-new, untouched, and unopened. Yeti does not offer exchanges now. Therefore, you must return a product to receive a refund. Then you have to place a new order.
